I am looking for information on how to conduct/develop a long range plan for the Historic Orient-Santa Fe Railway Museum. Are there any articles or publications that might address the process. Many thanks! bruce.mclaren@unitedway.org |

A plan is a comprehensive and systematic approach to acheiving certain ends. Depending on the issue, there's different resources out there. You could be planning long term strategic goals-but that doesn't mean ignoring short term operational issues. You could be planning for funding, organization, etc. I hate to quote Microsoft's old tagline, but where do you want to go today? superheater@rrmail.com |
