Not that they yet have it to spare--much of it may go right back to the village blacksmith. Aside from that, anyplace but the United States. Mexico has sold surplus diesels to Cuba, and Canada has sold a couple RDCs to Cuba. I might think Mexico, Brazil, and/or Venezuela would be keen to have Cuban scrap. LNER4472-NOSPAM-@bcpl.net |
