Post subject:  Where does Cuban scrap go?

From the horrendously long thread on Cuban steam below, I'm curious. Where does scrap metal from Cuba go to?

Not that they yet have it to spare--much of it may go right back to the village blacksmith.

Aside from that, anyplace but the United States. Mexico has sold surplus diesels to Cuba, and Canada has sold a couple RDCs to Cuba. I might think Mexico, Brazil, and/or Venezuela would be keen to have Cuban scrap.
