Can anyone tell me what railroad and what country Canadian Locomotive Company construction number 77648 went to in 1950? The loco is a 4-8-2, road number 355, and the tender bears the initials EFA. We had a builder's photo just donated and the donor was not aware at all. My guess, just based on the initials, is Brazil, possibly to the Estrada de Ferro Araraquara, but I could be quite wrong. rdgoldfede@aol.com |

The Web site is in Portuguese but google has a good translator: all you really need is the chart at the bottom which is pretty self-explanatory. Has your engine with construction and road number in the roster. http://www.vfco.com.br/ferrovias/bitola ... rgaEFA.htm O alargamento da EF Araraquara eledbetter@rypn.org |
