Post subject:  Nashville roundhouse

As I was flying over Nashville yesterday, I noticed a railroad yard and large roundhouse on the edge of town. Can someone direct me to photos or information about this site?

That's Radnor Yard. It's a hump yard. Not sure if the roundhouse is still in use or not.

Incidently, the nearby Radnor Lake Wildlife Area is around the artificial lake built to provide water to the steam engines. It was a game preserve for the L&N bigwigs originally, and is a must see for visitors. Very beautiful.
