My impression gathered from reading their Web site and surfing around is that it isn't going in any significant way. Liability issues and UP policies have closed off any easy avenues for operations and that has made it dofficult to put together the finances and energy to undertake a recertification. But don't rely on rumors from me, I'd suggest you contact the Arkansas Railroad Museum and ask. Let us know what you learn. E-mail: arkrrmus@seark.net eledbetter@rypn.org |

Also, many of the cars that made up their excursion train have been sold or moved by their individual owners. Our Vice President was able to purchase coach 318 which began life as Lackawanna 318. Lackawanna 318 tstuy-nospam@eldcps.org |
