Found this on one of the Yahoo lists, can't remember which one:

There will be a tour of the remnants of the KCKV by the Topeka and Kansas City chapters of the NRHS on Sat. April 3rd. It will run from 8:00 am in KsCy Ks to around 1:30pm in Lawrence and will then have lunch at the Free State Brewery, which is the train shed of the KCKV Lawrence depot. More info from Art Gibson at (785) 273-4220. One page of the handouts for the tour will feature one of Larry Jackman's drawing of KCKV 503.

Kansas City-Kaw Valley was an eastern Kansas electric railroad that lasted into 1961. I believe the locomotives were all saved, but can't remember where they went.
