 Post subject: Calumet, Michigan Depot for sale on Ebay *PIC*

The Calumet depot is for sale on ebay. Built in 1908, it was the headquarters for the Mineral Range Depot as well. Interesting note by the seller that it is in the Keweenaw National Historic Park, and any buyer must negotiate with them on usage. Asking price currently $158,000, although it needs triple that in renovation costs!
