Nearly all of the cars owned by Railroad Passenger Cars, Inc., including the former B&O parlor obs "Hooper," were donated to the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Museum sometime around 1998. Following the donation, RRP dissolved itself.
The company had been founded to maintain a pool of cars for mainline excursions; following the drying up of excursions in the East after the great insurance crisis, RRP elected to dissolve itslef, its chief reason for existance having become moot.
You can see the Hooper any time you like in the back yard of the B&O RRM, behind the roundhouse.
