Rail Car Sighting on I-5

I saw a green rail coach being trucked down I-5 through Seattle this morning. The coach appeared to ne narrow gauge. Does anyone know what it was and where it is heading?

Might be one of the new White Pass & Yukon Route coaches being trucked to the barge to go north.
