Hi,
Could anyone suggest a good material for use to seal the floor before laying tile in a subway car? We have tried different types of cement with no luck.

And what kind of tile are you planning to lay over the top? Is a 'sealer' necessary? If the base is sound you should be able to use a good mastic to set down the tile.
