Found this on the park trains list. Don't know if it is true, but sounds like a good entry job for the right person:

"I recently learned from Michael Broggie that Walt Disney World is
currently looking for a new steam locomotive technician. Although
the opening is immediate, the person may be a candidate to replace
Britton when he retires. If anyone wants to apply for the job,
contact Bob Walters, Senior engineering recruiter at 407-828-2871.
Michael Broggie also indicated that the job "requires knowledge of
steam engine operations and maintenance. Starting at $19.19 p/h
plus
excellent benefits for employee and family. Union job with regular
raises and shift bonus."
