We all enjoy these detailed updates, and I wonder if the media in your two states is aware of them? I think these photographic updates could go a long way toward convincing those who hold the purse strings that their money is being spent wisely and frugally and that accomplishment is actually taking place.

Hi Bob

What I am told is Carlos gives the commission a cd with all the pictures every week, he has his film put on cd's at walmart he keeps one copy for his up-dates and his records and gives the other copy to the railroad commission. The commission has told me they use his photos to help them get grants.

I have no idea if he shares them with the media or not but I will ask.
