A recent thread got me wondering about something. A friend and I visited Cass Scenic Railroad during the summer of 2002. During that visit WM #6 was sitting on a siding, apparently awaiting FRA upgrades (not sure about this). What is #6's status? Is she back in service again or what? Yes, #6 is back up under steam. It was used to pull the WM freight train for railfan weekend a few weeks ago, but did not pull the passenger train and only ran on Saturday. > My mistake, it was June 2003, not 2002. > ~Lance |
