Nice pic of the 60. Notice her pilot and smokebox length, both different from today.

The photo looks suspiciously like it wasn't taken anywhere near the BR&W...

It is in Loveland CO, on the Great Western, and is dated 1937 so must be pretty close to her building date. I also noticed she does have steps leading to her running boards.
