 Post subject: MKT Locomotive Standard Practices Book

Due to a senior moment, I listed a copy of an MKT Locomotive Standard Practices book on ebay the other day, not even thinking about the classifieds here.

Years ago I had xeroxed it from the original on sheets of tracing paper and if you took it to a print house, you could have it printed in the original white lines on blue paper. It ranges from the 20s to the 40s.

Probably won't be any interest on it there and if so, I wll list it here after the auction ends.

Sorry about that. I've never used the classified page here and didn't even think about it.

Just a thought....but if we're talking about a mechanical S&P manual, it would be wonderful to have it digitally available online as a resource. Don't know if this is possible given the quality of a xerox reproduction....or who could scan and host it.

And how would any interested party order such a CD, Kelly? I'd of course rather wait to see if the MKT book gets added.
