Does anyone have a lead on a horizonal boiler which could be opened up for an exhibit? It could be a small guage steam locomotive or a tractor boiler, etc. Needs to be cheap.

Try SmokStak forum - lots of traction engines there, many have gotten new boilers. You may find somebody willing to part with their dead one for scrap value.
