From July 2009 Railway Age: Railroad Controls Limited (RCL), a leading signal contractor in North America, has signal positions available in the US. These positions ar ein the Midwest, Southwest, & Northwest. Currently RCL has opening for Signalmen, Signal Foremen, Supervisors, and Directors. Foremen must have a railroad signal background. Supervisors & Directors are required to have a strong technical background. Foremen & Signalmen are required to either have or the ability to obtain Class A Commercial Drivers License.
