Has anyone know who built the stoves for the pullman business cars? Looking for one that was taken out of the car and would like to replace it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Stu

Great Northern 1955 dome cars also had stoves in the end of the car in a closet. I'm sure other 1955 cars for the Empire Builder had them too. So if any of these are around some of the owners might want to get rid of parts like this.Let me know if you find one. Thanks

A look through the cyclopedias indicates there were several manufacturers. It would be useful to know if this was a coal fired hot water system or just a coal stove radiating heat into the carbody. Perhaps the Pullman archivers can help with your specifications.
