Hello everyone.

I am the Museum Director for a ALCO Hertiage museum in Schenectady NY. We were looking to begin our Capital Campaign. I was wondering if anyone would have any suggestions. thank you very much for your help.

Huh, so you guys are refurbishing an old industrial site? Good luck. I'll visit that museum once it's open eventually!

I wish you guys the best of luck, not the best economy to start a museum, but it has to start sometime. Wish I was closer to give you a hand.

Looks like a good property to start with, big storage building (I assume will become Display & Workshop), active connection to rail, not too far out of the general access area.

Since you are in an industrial area, how is it after dark?

Best of luck,
Rich Cizik
