Post subject:  Offering Services to Railroad Museums

A former official with several shortlines, I perform various services for railroad museums, tourist railroads, and shortline railroads. My services include:

Tracking down and executing alternative sources of revenue
Setting up car storage and freight operations
Writing business plans for use with tourism boards, financial institutions, etc.
Providing engineer and conductor training programs
Revenue analysis
Assisting with short and long term planning
Shortline tax credits
Freight tariffs
Track and drainage engineering
Project management

For selected non-profits, I’ll usually perform work as a volunteer. If your organization is serious about doing what it takes to increase revenues, contact me and let me help.

Serious inquires only. Please don’t waste my time. Contact me via email.
