It will probably help your cause to add a few more details.

First of all, where is the car located? Transportation costs are often a deciding factor. I see you're in Omaha, but that doesn't mean the car is... Could be, but maybe not.

Secondly, can you give a rough idea of the condition? You say "needs restoration", that's a start. But generally speaking, what's left of the car? Has the interior been stripped? Walls and partitions, intact or gone? Does the car have trucks? There's a lot of latitude in "needs restoration", from just tired but pretty much intact to a "tunneled" hulk that used to be a passenger car.
