I can make copies of a variety of ALCO Maintenance Manuals, Parts Manuals and wiring diagrams for CD-ROM for the 539, 244 and 251 engine. Some of the maintenance manuals have been updated with more recent information to about 1988.
I also have parts book for the 251 F engine which includes the recent development of upgrading this engine.
While I can make paper copies of this material,it varies in price which will cost a lot more while each document put on a CD-ROM is $50.00 each.
