Trolley is owned by the City of Petoskey, located in Northern Michigan. The trolley was purchased in Stillwater, Minnesota and has been shrink-wrapped and in heated storage since 1999.

The engine is located under the trolley floor, transfers power to steel railroad drive wheels. It is driven from both ends with identical controls and brakes and is equipped with a headlight and bell at either end. It is approximately 26-feet long, 9-feet wide and is of vintage design. The trolley has 18-feet of seating on both sides, holding approximately 18 passengers.
