Railroad Museum of New England (seats located in Waterbury, Connecticut) has one car set of H&K walkover seats available for sale- approximately 36 seat units. These are from an Erie Stillwell coach; they have original upholstery, pressed metal seat ends, wood dowel footrests, and metal-spring seat bottoms.
There are also some additional seat frames that appear to be from DL&W MU cars; we may or may not have cushions for these. These seat frames go with the batch.
The entire batch of seat frames and cushions goes as one lot. It will fill a 20-ft shipping container, to give an idea of the volume. Bring a 24-ft rental truck and a few strong people to load the seats. The pics were taken during a recent transfer of the seats out of a freight car into a container.
Please make a reasonable offer on the entire lot of seats. We will not sell these as separate units. Best offer by June 30 takes them. PM me with any questions.
