Looking for a source for these. This one is on a CR N21 cab. Two per door.

This is very close to the sort of handle ("dog") used on some marine watertight doors and watertight hatch covers. Examples occasionally surface on eBay. - Doug Debs |

Looks like a swinging bar latch. McMaster-Carr has one #1250a21 https://www.mcmaster.com/catalog/126/3088 Not sure if its dimensions are quite right for your application. They have another (1249a11) which also has an inside handle. |
