A few weeks ago there was a discussion on tender boosters. While doing some online research I came across an image of what I believe is a Baldwin logging 2-8-2 with not one but TWO tender boosters. hhtp:/www.train-photos.com/picture/number5008.asp |

Does anyone know how much tractive effort a tender booster would add to a locomotive's starting power vs. a trailing truck booster? |
