I think a British gent may have put this up judging from the other videos on his channel, but this is notable in some footage of what appears to be a museum of some kind (and there's a dynamometer car among the exhibits), a mournful look at a steam repair shop that appears to be on a line destined for either closure or diesel conversion, and other scenes of steam in action in India.
