Follow the above link to my images of N&W 611; a combination of the FireUp611 event at Spencer and the 4th of July weekend runs out of Roanoke.
Looking back now, it was so much more than a chance to take pictures of trains, rather a gathering of friends old and new with a historic locomotive at the apex - these photographs are reminders of those great times.
