This was tacked onto the back of the Coast Starlight, northbound, on the 13th of this month:
Does anyone have any idea where it was going? They don't use these cars along this route.

That is a Horizon Cafe Car. They use Horizon cars in California on the San Joquin corridor and they maybe need some up on the Cascades Corridor now that the Talgos are out. |
