| Post subject: | Anyone Else Not Getting Their Trains Magazines? |
The sale of Kalmbach Publishing to Firecrown Media was supposed to go smoothly, and initially did. But despite having a subscription not set to expire for another year, the past couple issues of Trains Magazine (April, May, and now waiting on June) have failed to reach me. I use a PO Box, so it's not getting stolen from my mailbox unless it's by a postal employee. Is anyone else having this problem? I found someone to give me the April issue and bought the May issue off the local grocery store magazine rack (the only place I've seen it for retail sale for 50+ miles). Now I have to start stalking my grocery store again (the three issues they seem to get sell out within a day, it seems)............... the Firecrown customer service reps of course tell me to "just be patient," but my patience does not get rewarded. So far they've acquiesced and extended my subscription by one issue........ |
