The Orange Empire Railway Museum Collections Policy is now available on the Museum's website.

The policy was adopted two years ago, and is currently helping us through the process of wrestling with issues such as rationalizing the collection and deaccessioning.

It was created through a lengthy committee process, and borrowed liberally from many other collection policies, many of which we found on the internet. There are still several unfinished sections, but it's a good start.
