Recently, while going through the old linen supply for our Pullman sleeper "City of Lima", I found a number of Pullman bedsheets and pillowcases that were overstruck with post-Pullman era railroad markings. Curiously, several among them are marked "Property of Burlington Northerns", in a Burlington Route-like box logo. Was this one of the early permutations of the name for the GN-NP-CB&Q-SP&S merged entity? (Others are overstruck as "Burlington Northern", without the "s")
