Hi to all

This is about our first car this time not the Wagner one!!
We have started re-siding her and fitting the new window sills, the transformation is stunning and we hope you like the pictures.
To all those that donated funds to help get the wood this is the reward.....thankyou so much, and please keep assisting us if you can...dont forget this is the first of three potential projects here !!

Mike, Thank's for posting the pictures of your work! Keep up the good work! I noticed on the corner of your car 57 there is a recessed metal bracket painted red in the wood on the corner with dual upper and lower slots wich i'm presuming is for the marker lights to be hung onto.I have not seen a peticular mounting bracket like that before with the recessed slots for the actual marker light bracket to slide into.Usually they are only a cast single hanger bracket that sticks out. What is the purpose for having a upper and lower slot both? Does anyone know the reason for this? On most cabooses and some coaches and engines i've seen there is only one hanger bracket on each side at each end of the car, same with some older diesel loco's.I'm afraid i've never seen one like this on a old wood coach with a dual bracket like that.
