We used Olson Gaskets for the gaskets needed to rebuild the Climax RBU engine in our Plymouth JLC at The Henry Ford.

Hussey Copper in Leetsdale (Pittsburgh) PA made us a new copper head gasket for our Hercules DOOC a few years ago for somewhat under $200; however the contact I had there at that time appears to be gone now and I don't know how willing they are to make custom gaskets at this time. If you have one available for your engine for $250, I'd say take it.
