Thanks to one of our younger (under 40) and computer literate members, the maniacs from 9th St now have our own Facebook page.

That is the first time I have ever gotten a Facebook page to open. All of the other times, they want you to join in order to view a page. I refuse to do so since Facebook, as is many other similar sites, an information collection site that collects and sells your info. Not to mention who can view stuff about you and use it any way they feel like it. An acquaintance of mine found a long lost family member and had the authorities track this person down for back support payments.

This page is well done and informative.

Later!
Mr. Ed

Thanks to Lewis Foster who set the page up. We'll be adding to and improving it as time permits. It is a very effective marketing tool, VMT is using it quite a bit. On personal FB pages, you can now adjust your security settings to prevent your information from being shared (don't ask me how though, my daughter helped me with mine)

We're up to 39 "Likes" in less than 24 hours. Now if we can only figure out how to get some of them to show up & work..............:)
