Dear Dave:
Arthur's step son, Dan Gosnell (sp?) is the woodworking genius who maintains (and builds) the wooden car fleet at the Huckleberry. He worked on at least one of the Hilliard cars after it was sold to someone in the Southwest. Perhaps Marty would ask him about the cars for you.
