Almost looks like a model railroad.

Curious to see what this location looks like today.

Newer bridge and the track were tore up long ago. Other than that it's mostly the same.

This is a REALLY interesting photo! Wish it was a bit larger so that some of the details could be seen better. My first thought when I saw it was, what the heck is that Lehigh Valley coal hopper doing there amongst all those WM hoppers? And my second thought was, what is on those roadside billboards? The sign for the gas station is perpendicular to the camera, so can't be read. Wonder if it says on the gas pumps themselves? The road number of the engine is a bit blurred and the photos a bit too small, but I'm going to take a guess as number 824. A good WM steam locomotive number?

My plan is to model the picture. Ive been going there since I was a kid. Never missed a year in over 35 years now. My dad used to go fishing there before I was born.
I appreciate everyone's input. I never saw those aerial views before, those will be helpful.
Yes, Thomas today doesn't look much different. A bit more congested with the houses but thats about it.
As far as your guess on engine number Les, I think you might have nailed it. I tried quite a few numbers but couldnt find anything but after you said that I figured Id try that one. Now, the next question, what is it?
