One of my best friends, Tony Jessop, who also started the Engineering Dept of WRC is now an up and coming employee at Cummins. Not only does he now work for Cummins, we is also a new member of their newly formed Customer Engineering for Railroad Applications. Tony, his wife and children are spending a night with us on their way home to Indiana, where Tony is based.

Please feel free to call Tony about this matter as he will be more than happy to help you with any information you are seeking. Tony is a great guy!

Do the turbo and non-turbo versions use the same heads?

I'll be happy to assist in your project in any way that I can!

My understanding is that the heads remained the same until the Big Cam IV engines, assuming that you have 4 valve heads. I don't believe they built 855s with 2 valve heads though. This would be something to verify with Cummins.
