The Mahoning Valley RR Heritage Association, which is a local group that I belong to, is sponsoring "The Fifties Flyer" STEAM TRAIN EXCURSION on the Ohio Central RR on June 12. The trip runs from Dennison to Sugar Creek, Ohio and we will use TWO steam locos on this trip! Ohio Central's big 4-8-4 #6325 and Pacific #1293 will be the steamers used. One loco will pull the train from Dennison to Morgan Run, and the other will handle the Morgan Run to Sugar Creek route.

The attraction in Sugar Creek is the Fabulous Fifties Car Show. You'll have about 3 hours to get lunch and visit the car show before we get back on the train for Dennison.
