As usual, Ross nails it on the head, assuming that the post really is from him. I agree 98%. There is room for non-Amtrak steam on Class One's, but not much.

Sorry for the broken link, guys, the thread got a bit rowdy and it gets really tricky trying to weed out the good from the bad and still have a legible thread, so the good went with the bad.
