LNE shops being demolished?

Its been discussed here on and off since it became imminent some time last year.

I happened to go by last week. The area west of the roundhouse has been cleared and there is a collection of construction equipment staged there. The roundhouse and the enginehouse are currently untouched. In fact it looks like the current tenants are still in them.
