What engine was used in Mike Todd's "Around the World in 80 Days"? Where is the engine now?

D&RGW K-28 #473 according to this Web page. The scene was certianly filmed on the Silverton branch. The locomotive is operable on the D&S, most recently in her bumblebee look.

Looks like the key scenes are the 315 not the 473--kudos to Glenn.

The 315 was not operable when the movie was made. The "baggage car" behind the engine in the movie is actually the Army diesel providing the power to move the train.
