Old postcard of D&RGW 4-6-0 169 in the park at Alamosa, Colorado. Placed there after its display at the 1939-40 Worlds Fair in NYC. Recently has had restoration work done and a new shelter constructed.

Also, D&RGW 2-8-0 268. Last 2-8-0 to operate on the D&RGW NG lines, in 1955 at Gunnison, Colorado. Placed on display there afterward, with a short spell in Denver for gold rush festivities in 1959. Retired in full Grande Gold paint, this was a partial repaint before all black. Recently restored in the full "gold" scheme, and placed under shelter.
