It has been a hectic couple of days here in Ely. I thought you would like to know about the service.

The family of Jack Anderson combined with the Nevada Northern Railway family invite all to attend the memorial service. The service for Jack will be at the East Ely Depot, 1100 Avenue A, on Monday, December 6, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. Contributions can be made to the Jack Anderson Memorial Fund at the First National Bank of Ely, 595 Aultman St, Ely NV, 89301, phone (775) 289-4441 or through the NN RY ask for Joan.

I need to be blunt here. You don't become a steam man and make money. The transition from the MRSRR to the NN RY caused a severe finanical strain on the family. The loss of Jack intensifies that strain on the family. If you are able I would appreciate it if you could make a contribution to the fund.
