Can someone please give me an exact location of the 4-6-0 located in Diboll, TX. I've been down Hwy 59 a few times but never had the time to explore around Diboll.

Southern Pine Lumber 4-6-0 #13 was moved just a little while back; it is now at the History Center in Diboll.

The History Center is to your right as you stop at the light in Diboll heading towards Lufkin. It is under cover behind the History Center, along with a caboose and other rolling stock. You can see if from the road if you are looking for it.



It used to be stored at the old commissary next to the Temple Inland Lumber Mill across the road. That was were it was when I photographed it for my Steam Locomotives in SE Texas and SW Louisiana webpage
