It was still there yesterday when I biked by. There is what looks like a capped EPA on the site which has been there for several months now.

By Capped, do you mean that it has been covered with Asphalt or some other impermable surface?

Also, was this building purchased by a local university with the intent of demolishing it?

Capped PVC pipe, cant remember what with, probably overgrown now. If I have time I can check later in the week. The land was purchased by Wyoming Seminary, which is a private school, Middle and High I think. They wanted to put up a new football field from what I heard but I doubt all the locomotive servicing has left the ground underfoot in great environmental shape.
