I recently talked with several former EMD employees and also a couple of "paper" collectors in an effort to identify the bulletin numbers assigned to some of the early EMC/EMD manuals for 201A engine equipment. The reason for trying to identify these is that sometimes you see things advertised by people who do not fully understand what they are, and all they offer for identification of the item is the bulletin number.
