New 2-6-0 at Strasburg

Anybody know anything about the progress made on building a brand new V&T Mogul at Linn Moedinger's shop? Will it have a welded or rivited boiler? Got pix?

I see that the "Lyon" is on the program for the ARM conference to be held in Strasburg on April 21. Maybe some answers will come forth at that time.

It is a welded boiler and is being built to the Code.
