Thanks. Is this car to be destroyed also? It does not appear to be in bad shape, although there could be any number of problems with it. Is there a known reason Amtrak sold it. I would hate to see it scrapped if it could be saved.

Tell me about it. On Saturday, I saw a former restaurant in Vancouver, WA just like this being torn apart with front end loaders.
