Does anyone know the repair status of GVRR's Puffy #2248 engine ?

Part of the fireman's side cylinder head (casting) broke off when the piston traveled too far back due to a dropped connecting rod. I believe I read the connecting rod retaining nut(s) worked themselves loose over time and caused one of the rods to drop off which caused the piston to travel too far back.

Any update appreciated.
